If I had a step count for all the running around I did in my mind, I'd basically be an Olympian. I know I'm not alone in that either. Maybe it's from all the social media, or our culture's constant streams of over-stimulation, but I am so guilty of questioning myself or comparing myself to others, way too often negatively, and ending up in an unnecessarily dark headspace.

Hi, friends! Back in January, on my very last day in NYC before moving to Nashville, I wrote a song called "Tennessee Gold." The tectonic plates of my life had all broken and shifted at once.

Every time I hear Jeff sing, I think to myself, "that can't be real." His voice is so strong, yet so pure. When I asked him to step in for a shoot, I asked if he could play one on guitar. He said it had been a while, but took the guitar anyway.
